The issue has been resolved and the service is fully restored. The mitigation steps were put in place and a fix was applied. The impact ended at 19:52. The issue has been monitored and additional monitoring has been put into place.

Our team identified an issue with our firewall at 19:21 and mitigation steps were put in place. Call delivery was impacted. We are now monitoring the platform following the mitigation.
